A custom combination of chillies comprising the Guntur [Teja] and C5 variety to give a fiery colour to your dishes, yet be not too harsh on your tongue. The red chilli powder is made from hand-picked, de-stemmed, whole chillies. We do not add salt or oil to the chilli powder. These are generally used to increase weight of the product and as preservatives. However, they are harmful to health.
