Do I have to agree to any targets?
There are no targets. You can work at your own pace. At any point in time, you want to take a break, you are free to do so. You may take a one-day break, a one-week break, or even a one-month break. It’s all up to you to decide when you want to work and when you want to handle other priorities in your life. It’s a flexi-arrangement.
What do I have to do if I am not interested in continuing?

What is the commission structure and how will I be paid?
The commissions are based on the revenue slabs achieved per month. They would be detailed in the agreement you execute with Kusha Spices. Suffice it to say, the more revenue you clock per month, the higher the percentage of remuneration. There is definitely an incentive to work hard.
Do I get any additional privileges or facilities as an Outreach Associate?
Yes, we run special schemes for Outreach Associates from time to time. They may either be product-specific or across the board.
